Services — Bookkeeping
Management accounts, delivered the same day every month.
Reconciled bank, categorised spend, and a P&L you can actually read — done by a set date, every month, not whenever someone gets to it.

Who does the work
A bookkeeper is assigned to your account specifically, so the same person handles your books every month rather than whoever's free. A senior accountant reviews the numbers before anything is sent to you.
What we need from you
- Bank statements, or read-only access to your online banking, by the 5th of each month
- Sales and purchase invoices — or access to your EZ POS or EZ Books data, if you're already using it
- Any new loan, lease or financing agreement, when it changes
- One named contact on your side who can answer a question within a few days
Pricing
Priced on transaction volume and number of bank accounts, not a flat fee that ignores how much is actually moving through your business. See Pricing for what drives the number.
