Pricing

Priced on what your business actually needs.

No published price list. What drives the number, and what a typical engagement looks like, are both below.

We don't publish a flat price list, and we're not going to pretend a made-up one would mean anything. A single-till boutique and a six-branch grocery group need genuinely different amounts of software and time — a number that fit one would either overcharge the other or badly underprice it. What follows is what actually moves the price, on both the software and the services side, so a conversation with us starts from an informed place instead of a blank one.

Two ways to work with us

Because the right amount of software and time varies so much by business size, we quote after a short call where we can see your actual setup, not before — publishing a number that ignores that would be more misleading than useful.

Software

POS, CRM, ERP and Books — sized to your tills and branches.

  • Priced on tills, users, branches and volume
  • Combine products for a lower per-product rate
  • Demo first — no published flat list by design
  • Onboarding and training included in the quote

Services

Bookkeeping, tax, payroll and advisory — scoped before you sign.

  • Priced on transaction volume and headcount
  • Catch-up work scoped separately from monthly
  • Same firm as the software, or stand-alone
  • Talk through what you actually need on a call

What actually moves the number

Software

  • Number of tills or users

Each till running EZ POS, or each person logged into EZ CRM, adds to the monthly figure.

  • Number of branches

EZ ERP is priced per branch — a warehouse feeding three shops costs differently to a single stockroom.

  • Which products you combine

Running EZ POS, EZ CRM, EZ ERP and EZ Books together costs less per product than buying each one on its own.

  • Transaction and SKU volume

A counter ringing up 40 sales a day is a different system load to one ringing up 400 — pricing reflects that.

Services

  • Transaction and bank account volume

Bookkeeping is priced on how much is actually moving through your accounts, not a flat fee regardless of size.

  • Number of tax registrations and filing frequency

Monthly sales tax filing across two provinces costs differently to a single annual income tax return.

  • Employee count

Payroll scales directly with headcount and how many provinces your staff are registered in.

  • How far behind you're starting

A catch-up engagement for months of unreconciled books is scoped and priced separately from the ongoing monthly service.

A worked example

A two-branch restaurant group, 25 staff across both locations

  • EZ POS running at both branches' counters
  • Monthly bookkeeping with per-branch management accounts
  • Payroll for 25 staff, including EOBI and provincial social security
  • Quarterly sales tax filing on the services side

We'd size and price this after seeing actual transaction volume and the current setup — not before. Ask on a call for a number specific to a business your size.
